Important Note: Our services are available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Liability Limits

We are committed to providing the best medical services, but there are limits to our liability:

• We are not responsible for incorrect use of our medical recommendations after the visit ends
• We are not responsible for medical conditions requiring immediate surgical intervention
• We are not responsible for patients not following provided medical instructions
• We are not responsible for medical emergencies requiring immediate hospital transfer
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from unsafe home environment

Appointments and Cancellation

Booking Policies:

• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• For emergencies, immediate booking is available with additional fees
• Appointments are confirmed via phone or text messages
• Accurate health information must be provided

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before the appointment
• Cancellation within 4 hours is subject to 50% cancellation fee

• Provide a clean and suitable environment for care

Company Rights

The company reserves the following rights:

• Refuse service in case of health or safety risks
• Terminate service immediately in case of non-compliance with terms
• Request immediate hospital transfer in emergency cases
• Refuse service in case of unsuitable environment
• Modify service hours according to medical needs
• Request additional assistance from family members when needed

Medical Emergency

In medical emergency cases:
